| I have always received excellent advice and tax preparations. I do note however, that in changing to paperless/online services only, it became my responsibility to print out my taxes and all records sent to me online. While not wanting to discount the superior job that is being done, I felt the service aspect lessened by the added responsibility for me to print my own reports. I sincerely loved receiving your professionally bound tax documents in the mail and miss them as part of your services. |
